1. AGE REQUIREMENT . Minimum 23 years old for all groups.

2. DRIVERS LICENSE. A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.

3. MINIMUM RENTAL. One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.

4. GASOLINE. Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

5. TRAFFIC FINES. Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are solely the renter's responsibility.

6. INSURANCE. All authorized drivers of Autotravel vehicles are covered against fire, theft, liablllty to third parties (excluding passengers in Autotravel vehicles)provided the driver is not responsible for the situation.

7. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER. The renter's responsibility mentioned above can be waved at an extra cost of 5 euro per day , (C.D.W with a deductible of 750E ), and provided that collision damages were not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law. Any damages on tires and underneath of the car or unjustified airbags usage are not covered by C.D.W. insurance.

8. TAXES. All rates are subject to 13% V.A.T.

9. AVAILABILITY. Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

10. ACCROSS THE BORDER RENTALS. An advance written authorization from Autotravel is required.

11. FERRYING THE CAR. An advance written authorization from Autotravel
is required.
